Your word comes first.
Your word outranks any registry here. If you speak for a nation listed on this site, you can correct any line, remove the pronunciation or any other name, add a fact from your own site, send an official pronunciation in writing, or remove the whole entry. No reason is required. We hide within 72 hours and aim for 24. Write to contact@zotheos.org with the subject "For nations".
Pronunciation
We show written pronunciation only when it comes from a source we can cite, and we never generate speech. A recording of your own, with your written permission, can be added later and removed on request.
Who advises this list
We are not yet advised by an Indigenous advisory circle. Until that circle exists, the rules on this site apply, and this page says so.
Takedowns
A takedown needs no form. One message is enough; if authority is unclear we hide while we confirm.
A nation removed at its own request leaves every page, the search, the ring and the credits. The public change log then reads only "Removed at a nation's request." and never names the nation.
Readers
Readers who find an error are welcome to write too. Each nation page has a Suggest a correction link that opens your own mail program with the nation and the fact already named. Nothing is sent from this site, and the change log carries no personal details.
